Job Summary

This role is an integral partner in coordinating recruiting activities, building our candidate pipelines, and influencing the candidate experience. The ideal person will have incredible attention to detail, great customer service skills and an ability to manage a high volume of tasks with little supervision.

 

Essential Job Functions

·         Identify prospects through strong research by using sourcing platforms and by targeted networking.

·         Source candidates through various means such as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.

·         Maintain job postings to ensure they are accurate and up to date.

·         Ensure candidates have an excellent candidate experience with timely responses and follow up, materials provided, etc.

·         Collaborate with recruitment team to implement effective sourcing strategies.

·         Manage candidate pipeline lists, assuring they are always up to date with new contacts.

·         Administer recruitment promotions/campaigns (mailing, publicity, contest tracking, etc.).

·         Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods to ensure we are attracting the right type of candidates.

·         Build relationships with passive candidates through networking on various platforms.

·         Track recruitment activity and update reports.

·         Assist with agency candidate searches and screens, including participating in intake conversations with agency partners and hiring managers.

·         Assist in managing candidate activity in the ATS.

·         Follow up on emails and distribute appropriately.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

 

·         Associates degree in related field required

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred

 

Experience 

  • One (1) or more years in a sourcing role or an administrative position.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable.

 

Knowledge and Skills

 

  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.

·         Ability to manage competing priorities with a high sense of urgency.

·         Provide a high level of customer service.

·         Foster collaboration and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

·         Ability to travel, by automobile or airplane, including overnight travel, when needed.
