Financial Analyst

Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience:

·       One (1) to two (2) years of related experience.

·       Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

·       Intermediate to advanced ability to operate Excel.

·       Ability to operate PeopleSoft, preferred.

·       Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

·       Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.

·       Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken word.

·       Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.

·       Ability to think in terms of abstract ideas.

·       Ability to deal with others in an antagonistic situation.

·       Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.

·       Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.

·       Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.

·       Ability to understand and explain economic and accounting information, prepare and manage budgets, and make sound long-term investment decisions.

·       Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal.

·       Ability to look beyond the standard solutions.

·       Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.

·       The ability to formulate a sound decision using the available information.

·       Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
