BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Coursework and/or certifications relating to learning management system administration, Association of Talent Development (ATD) certifications such as CPTD, APTD, E-learning Instructional Design), preferred
Experience:
- Three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with course design and development, preferred.
- Experience with multiple web design technologies, such as HTML, preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Solid technical skills including understanding of directory, file structures, and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills in order to support and maintain quality Learning & Development outputs.
- Ability to provide Tier 2 support for employees, contractors, and external learners, monitoring and resolving support issues.
- Ability to collaborate with others across all organization levels as well as vendors.
- Ability to gain new technical skills quickly.
- Demonstrable work products or portfolio highlighting a diverse breath of e-learning course development projects.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- Strong working knowledge of Captivate and Storyline
- Ability to manage a large and diverse number of technical tasks and issues with tact and persistence.
- Excellent written and verbal skills for the purpose of documentation development, editing and communication.
- Ability to develop alternative plans when faced with obstacles or setbacks.
- Highly detail oriented, self-motivated and self-managed.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
