Lead day-to-day business marketing initiatives in direct support of the assigned Service Line (Cardiac). Develop the Service Line’s ongoing strategic framework, including an aligned tactical marketing plan. Manage execution of funded tactics. Quarterback key initiatives across functional groups. Develop, track and communicate KPIs. Manage allocated budget.
Essential Job Functions:
- Be a CEO of your business; develop a deep understanding of the business, the customers, and own the results.
- Take existing corporate strategy and Service Line-specific strategies and further refine and adapt them to new market dynamics. Develop effective tactical plans; align them with leadership and drive for results.
- Create messaging that is aligned to positioning, and ensure our Value Proposition is clear and well communicated through multiple channels.
- Become a trusted partner with our Business Development (Sales), Operations, and internal support teams.
- Support new business innovation opportunities.
- Use data to help drive targeting & tactics, and to measure progress toward intended results.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Five (5) to Seven (7) years of marketing experience.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience developing strategy, executing tactics, and using analytics within a marketing department.
- Experience with message development aligned to positioning.
- Equivalent work experience & certification, acceptable.
- Experience working with and indirectly managing leaders of cross-functional teams.
Knowledge and Skills:
