Position Summary
The Product Manager will own and lead the end-to-end development of new service and product offerings, from concept through launch and optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare delivery models, regulatory requirements, client buying behaviors, and patient needs to create innovative, scalable, and profitable services that ultimately improve health outcomes.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct supervisory responsibilities or budgetary oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning

Develop comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy and market opportunities.

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new healthcare services and products.

Define clear product vision, goals, and success metrics for new and existing healthcare services.

Challenge assumptions to drive innovation and effective solutions.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate extensively with all internal teams and functions to ensure successful product development and launch.

Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of product development, including client testing and operational development.

Facilitate clear communication with all leaders and stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Regulatory & Compliance Management

Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all products meet regulatory standards.

Stay informed on evolving healthcare policies that impact product development.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Conduct user research with patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions.

Present product concepts and updates to executive leadership and board members.
Launch & Performance Management

Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new healthcare services.

Analyze results from pilot programs and beta testing to drive improvements.

Create training programs for clinical and administrative staff.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis.

Ensure a successful and smooth hand-off of products to the appropriate service line.

Qualifications
Education
-
Required: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced degree in a healthcare-related field.

Preferred: Certification in product management (CPM, CSPO, or similar).
Experience
-
Seven (7) years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare services or technology, with knowledge of reimbursement models.

Experience with development methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred: Clinical background or experience working directly with healthcare providers.

Preferred: Knowledge of health information systems and interoperability standards.

An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
