The Position:
As the Director of Product Management you will work across the business to drive customer retention initiatives. You be instrumental in documenting and training the field on Clinical Partners for Life, including the creation of documents, structure, checklists and training. will work with all parts of the business to understand their needs within SalesForce.com to assure we are utilizing that tool to best of our ability to drive business results across the organization. Will be the Business Requirements Analyst as it relates to SFDC and be the primary conduit between the business and the Information Services Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation of training on Customer Service, SalesForce and Clinical Partners for Life
- Delivering training over webinars and in-person
- Delivering training over webinars and in-person
· Business requirements gathering and documentation (partnering with each business line)
· Red, yellow and green tracking, auditing and follow-up
· Tracking Web Of Influence and Meeting timeframes
- Creation of agendas, checklists, notification triggers, process flow-charts (decision-trees) for:
- Transition Meetings
- Lite
- Lite
- Expectations Meetings
- Business Review Meetings (w/ CEO)
- Fresh Eyes Reviews (Independent)
- How are we living up to the client’s expectations?
- How good are the relationships between the people representing the organizations?
- How effective is the service delivery of our technical services?
- How are we living up to the client’s expectations?
- Decision Tree for every scenario that triggers a Red Risk Value
- Action plans with ownership and timeframes for each client that is Red
- Post-mortem audit tracking and communication (Lessons Learned)
- 12 month renewal timeline, triggers, tasks and action plan (with forms for each)
- Action plan templates for expired contracts
- Checklists for:
- New client start-ups
- New leadership in customer
- 12-month renewal process
- New client start-ups
- Transition Meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, mathematics/statistics, economics, business, or related field.
5-7 years’ experience in technical documentation and training cross-functional groups
Demonstrated ability to partner with business team members at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to gather business requirements and communicate them effectively to the IT Team
Proven ability to design integration strategies pulling multiple data sources into one platform for reporting

Salary Estimate: $111,500 - $178,300 / year (Several factors, such as specific skill set, education level, certifications and years of experience, are considered to determine actual compensation.)
