Essential Job Functions:
Social Media and Design Support
Manage social media posting and support strategy to build visibility and engagement
Help create original graphics and digital assets for social media, internal events, and sales support tools
Support copywriting needs across campaigns, internal communications, and marketing projects
Contribute design support for sales decks and other presentations
Partner with marketing and sales to ensure visuals align with brand and organizational goals
Internal Communications and Engagement
Support the distribution of clear, consistent messaging for internal channels such as newsletters, emails, and intranet updates
Design creative materials for internal events, employee programs, and company engagement support
Assist with press releases and corporate communications support
Provide creative input for employee engagement initiatives that highlight culture and strengthen connection
Sales and Events Support
Provide creative support for sales tools and collateral
Manage company store assets and swag needs, ensuring high-quality branded materials
Travel to capture event photography and video content, supporting both internal and external initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during events to ensure strong visual representation of the bran
Travel to the Brentwood office, SpecialtyCare accounts nationwide and other events will be required. Typically 4-6 trips annually.
Basic Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in communications, social media, design, or marketing
Experience creating content that supports organizational goals and enhances engagement
Background in social media, design, or communications
Experience with collaboration tools and content management (Redbooth, MyEmma) platforms is helpful but not required
Experience developing and executing strategy plans that support organizational goals.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, recruiting, and marketing.
Portfolio showcasing original graphic design work across digital and print formats a plus
Familiarity with digital communication platforms, Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), and content management tools.
Experience in healthcare or a corporate environment a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to design engaging graphics for social media, sales tools, and internal communications
Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for growing engagement
Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives through creative campaigns, visuals, and storytelling.
Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences
Project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Creative mindset with a collaborative approach to problem solving and execution
Willingness to travel for photography and video shoots
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is helpful, but demonstrated ability to create impactful original designs is most important
Familiarity with analytics and feedback tools to measure content effectiveness and employee engagement.
Understanding of employer branding and how design supports recruitment, retention, and employee connection.
