Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA preferred.
- Ten (10) years in overall related experience.
- Five (5) years as a strategic, business-oriented Human Resources leader at the Manager or
Sr. Manager level with multi-state experience. - Experience working in a high-growth, private equity backed organization
- Experience working with a distributed workforce in a multi-service line, multi-site and multi-state capacity.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable.
