What You'll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, driving recruitment efforts and identifying top talent to support our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively sourcing top talent using creative and strategic approaches, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

  • Acting as a true business partner to operations, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans that align with business objectives.

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.

  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the hiring process.

  • Leveraging recruitment data and analytics to optimize hiring strategies and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and results-driven professional who possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
  • 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in staffing or busy corporate environment.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to source and attract top talent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Taleo) and sourcing tools.
  • A passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
