The Role:
The Sourcing Specialist is the engine behind our candidate pipeline. You'll identify, engage, and nurture talent across multiple healthcare disciplines, partnering closely with recruiters to ensure every search assignment has a steady flow of qualified, interested candidates. This is a detail-oriented role that requires creativity in sourcing, consistency in follow-through, and genuine care for the candidate experience.

What you'll be responsible for:
Identify prospects through targeted research using sourcing platforms, ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels
Build and manage candidate pipeline lists, keeping contacts current and engaged
Execute sourcing campaigns including email outreach, social media posts, and talent community engagement
Build relationships with passive candidates through sustained networking across platforms
Collaborate with recruiters to develop and refine sourcing strategies for active client searches
Participate in client intake conversations to understand role requirements and sourcing targets
Support candidate screens and manage candidate activity within the ATS
Maintain job postings to ensure accuracy and visibility
Ensure every candidate interaction reflects a high-quality, timely experience
Track sourcing activity and provide regular pipeline reporting
Stay current on sourcing tools, recruiting trends, and best practices in healthcare talent acquisition
What we are looking for :
Education:
- Associate's degree in a related field required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
- Five (5) or more years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar)
- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you represent SpecialtyCare in every outreach
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
- High sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
