Position Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in a related field is required. Master’s degree preferred
- Ten to fifteen (10-15) years of operational and financial management experience in health care for multi-state operations
- Contract management of clinical services to hospitals and other health care systems
- C-suite level contract negotiations and relationship management
- Working with Business Development to create a growth strategy and to target markets and clients that are aligned with that strategy
- Full Profit and Loss oversight and accountability
- Designing and implementing clinical compensation models
- Demonstrated experience with conflict resolution
