QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Five (5) to Seven (7) years of marketing experience.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience developing strategy, executing tactics, and using analytics within a marketing department.
- Experience with message development aligned to positioning.
- Equivalent work experience & certification, acceptable.
- Experience working with and indirectly managing leaders of cross-functional teams.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Tactical execution.
- Analytical mindset.
- Budget management.
- Demonstrated understanding of strategic marketing, business and financial principals.
- Good business acumen and proven business experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work with others.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to build relationships and consensus among all decision-makers and key influencers in a project.
- Strong service-oriented approach in interactions with all customers, both external and internal.
- Ability to give presentations and to speak skillfully to any group or individual.
- Insist on the highest standards and dives deep into details.
- Have a strong bias for action and sense of ownership.
- Distill information to find common threads between projects, and able to juggle priorities.
