QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

•      Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.

 Experience:

•      Five (5) to Seven (7) years of marketing experience.
•      Healthcare experience preferred.
•      Experience developing strategy, executing tactics, and using analytics within a marketing department.
•      Experience with message development aligned to positioning.
•      Equivalent work experience & certification, acceptable.
•      Experience working with and indirectly managing leaders of cross-functional teams.

Knowledge and Skills:

•      Tactical execution.
•      Analytical mindset.
•      Budget management.
•      Demonstrated understanding of strategic marketing, business and financial principals.
•      Good business acumen and proven business experience.
•      Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary Estimate: $100,000 - $120,000 / year (Several factors, such as specific skill set, education level, certifications and years of experience, are considered to determine actual compensation.)
