Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s degree preferred

A track record of success in selling into hospitals and health systems with preference for sales around the operating room environment

A minimum of five years of experience selling to C-Suite in the hospital and ambulatory surgery center environment
-
Understands delivery of healthcare services and has demonstrated ability to operate in this environment

Experience with contract management and delivery of clinical services to hospitals and other health care systems
-
Knowledge of minimally invasive surgical support, operating room efficiencies, central sterile processing, instrument sterile processing and distribution

Prior experience in supporting sales and business growth preferred
