Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or Finance) and 7-10 years’ related work experience in healthcare company environment.  MBA a plus. 
  • Work experience should include 3+ years of M&A.  Strong preference given to those with a background in outsourced clinical services.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of healthcare business and regulatory environment a plus, particularly in the areas of commercial third party payors, antikickback and physician relationships.
  • Demonstrated skills at nurturing, developing and closing transaction opportunities, such as negotiating effectively, relationship building and process managing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various types of potential sellers and partners in a variety of settings and at various levels.
  • Ability to lead conversations at the most senior levels and independently drive high profile initiatives.  Both a thought leader and detail/process oriented.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to develop and nurture opportunities.
  • Highly proficient in analyzing financial models and using Excel and Word. Proficiency in PowerPoint a plus.
  • Strong writing skills, including grammar, style and the ability to develop effective documents.
