What You'll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, driving recruitment efforts and identifying top talent to support our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively sourcing top talent using creative and strategic approaches, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

Acting as a true business partner to operations, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans that align with business objectives.

Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.

Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the hiring process.

Leveraging recruitment data and analytics to optimize hiring strategies and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and results-driven professional who possesses:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in healthcare or a related industry.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to source and attract top talent.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Taleo) and sourcing tools.

A passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
