Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Associates degree (A.S. or A.A.) preferred.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a business office function or,
  • Experience, education and/or an understanding of IONM is preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare related scheduling/dispatch position, preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable.

 

Knowledge & Skill

  • Effectively able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. 
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with others in an antagonistic situation.
  • Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
  • Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
  • Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal.
  • Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
  • Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
  • Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one’s ability using his or her own drive or initiative.
  • Ability to show consideration for and maintain good relations with others.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
  • Ability to reach and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Efficient in Microsoft and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask.

Hourly Wage Estimate: $20- $25/ hour (Several factors, such as specific skill set, education level, certifications and years of experience, are considered to determine actual compensation.)
