Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business or related field, or comparable years of leadership and healthcare experience

Minimum of two years supervisory experience required

Healthcare credentialing, regulatory or compliance experience required

Ability to motivate team and create a culture of accountability at all levels
-
Interpersonal skills sufficient to effectively communicate both written and orally with department teams, practitioners, medical staff office, directors of operation and service line leaders

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
