Manage a team providing financial support for contract renegotiations and re-pricings including but not limited to analyzing historical financial trends, developing pricing strategies, forecasting financial outcomes, cost assumptions and preparing of all contractual fee schedules. Oversee the budget and forecast process including detailed budget preparation and consolidation for the designated service line(s). Serve an instrumental role in acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration into existing company operations. Advise and partner with senior leadership to provide data, analysis and insight that guide strategy and business decisions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Review and manage the financial analysis support for departments as needed.
- Work with Service Line and Executive leadership to analyze KPIs of the business and develop action plans to achieve desired company performance.
- Lead standardization efforts across the service lines for monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Partner with operating leaders to analyze profitability and productivity of service lines.
- Partner with operation and finance leaders to provide business analytics to guide decision making.
- Perform ad hoc corporate statistical and financial analysis for all Executive Leadership, Operations, and internal departments to define current trends and levers that can positively impact those trends, operational processes, and efficiencies.
- Provide technical oversight of the service line forecasting process based on historical trends in conjunction with specific action plans, and the budgeting process to assist senior leaders in planning of the annual budget based on forecasts and growth targets.
- Supervise and review the work of other associates under direct supervision.
- Lead efforts in streamlining and automating systems and processes to improve quality, accuracy and timeliness of information, and to provide assistance for management’s decision making.
- Support the financial modeling and due diligence efforts related to company’s ongoing M&A activities and post-acquisition integration efforts for the service line(s).
· Provide financial leadership and training to other team members and non-finance professionals throughout the organization.

Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
· MBA, CFA or CPA preferred.
Experience:
· Eight (8) or more years of Finance or Financial Planning and Analysis experience.
· Three (3) to five (5) years of management experience.
· Experience working with PeopleSoft or IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) is helpful.
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge and Skills:
· Strong analytical and finance skills.
· Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance, and bridge analysis and modeling.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Extensive knowledge of financial planning tools and systems.
· Experience developing board level presentations.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and expert Excel user.
· Solid communication skills with ability to influence others and resolve conflicts.
· Knowledge of healthcare and/or service industries.
· Ability to effectively interact with senior executives.
· Strong problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to read and interpret business documents (e.g., financial results, business proposals or plans, safety rules, contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals).
· Ability to write reports and correspondence.
· Ability to address wide variety of groups, including customers, associates or organizations effectively.
· Ability to clearly speak, write and understand English, required.
