QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of demonstrated success in lead generation, lead qualification, appointment setting and/or similar experience.
  • Equivalent education and experience acceptable.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office and application programs.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com and Marketo highly desirable.
  • Ability to address a wide variety of groups including customers, associates, or business partners effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).
  • Ability to work effectively with all customers.
  • Strong relationship builder that can influence perceptions, decisions and actions of others through effective communications both within the organization and externally.
  • Understand the importance of social media and its application in lead generation and brand development.
  • Proven self-starter who works well both independently and in a team environment.
  • High energy, self-motivated individual whose style is effective in working with all levels of the organization to drive performance and continuous improvement using an analytical and metrics based approach.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment and with a sense of urgency.
