QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
- Two (2) to four (4) years of demonstrated success in lead generation, lead qualification, appointment setting and/or similar experience.
- Equivalent education and experience acceptable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office and application programs.
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and Marketo highly desirable.
- Ability to address a wide variety of groups including customers, associates, or business partners effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to work effectively with all customers.
- Strong relationship builder that can influence perceptions, decisions and actions of others through effective communications both within the organization and externally.
- Understand the importance of social media and its application in lead generation and brand development.
- Proven self-starter who works well both independently and in a team environment.
- High energy, self-motivated individual whose style is effective in working with all levels of the organization to drive performance and continuous improvement using an analytical and metrics based approach.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and with a sense of urgency.
