Education:

·       Bachelor of Science degree in a related field.

·       Master of Science degree, preferred.

·       Or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Experience:

·       Seven (7) years of related experience with sales management responsibilities in a multi-state healthcare operations setting.

·       Experience with contract management and delivery of clinical services to hospitals and other health care systems.

·       Prior experience in supporting sales and business growth, preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

·       Proven track record of success in selling into hospitals and health systems with preference for sales around the operating room environment.

·       Understand the delivery of healthcare services and has demonstrated ability to operate in this environment.

·       Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence perceptions, decisions and actions of others.

·       Proven ability to build and maintain customer focused relationships and proactive identification of customer needs and assessments.

·       Ability to develop and build relationships internally, working closely with operations teams to grow the business organically and through new opportunities.

·       Demonstrated understanding of strategic marketing, business and financial principals; good business acumen and proven business experience.

(Annual Salary Estimate: $150,200/year-$247,800/year (several factors, such as specific skill set, education level, certifications and years of experience, are considered to determine actual compensation).
