BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Master’s degree, preferred.
Experience:
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of overall related experience.
- At least five (5) years of operational and financial management experience in healthcare or multi-state operations.
- Experience as a clinical leader or senior manager over multiple locations or large hospital system, preferred.
- Experience with contract management of clinical services to hospitals and other health care systems, preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership of people and business processes.
- Proven track record in managing change in complex environments.
- Ability to read, interpret, analyze, and prepare business and financial reports and documents
- Ability to analyze data, develop improvement plans, and lead implementation of improvement plans with individuals and groups including employees, customers and physicians.
- Dedicated to on-going professional development.
- Ability to influence perceptions, decisions and actions of others through effective communications.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, associates or organizations.
- Ability to clearly speak, write and understand English.
- Must have innovative, creative, systematic and logistical reasoning skills.
- Must have computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
