Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Associates degree (A.S. or A.A.) preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in a business office function or,
- Experience, education and/or an understanding of IONM is preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare related scheduling/dispatch position, preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable.
Knowledge & Skill
- Effectively able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to deal with others in an antagonistic situation.
- Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
- Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.

- Ability to reach and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Efficient in Microsoft and Excel.
