Perfusionist: Heart of the Operation

We are seeking an Experienced or New Grad Staff Perfusionist to join our SpecialtyCare team in Olympia, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to be apart of our team of four (4) Perfusionists supporting three (3) very talented surgeons! Our team performs around 360 cases annually and rotates call equally, (first call 1/4 weekdays and every fourth weekend). Our adults only caseload includes CABGs, Valves and Aortic work, and no ECMO. Case load annually is approximately 120 cases per perfusionist. The perfusion leadership team in our market is well organized and works extremely well together to provide a great work life balance!

  • Salary Estimate: $155,000- $185,000 / year (Several factors, such as specific skill set, education level, certifications and years of experience, are considered to determine actual compensation.)

Position Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accredited Perfusion training program.
  • Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other Company requirements as a perfusionist.   
  • Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
