Requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

·Previous related medical experience or completion of related medical/science/nursing college level courses, certificate or degree preferred.  

·And/or two years of clinical experience in a hospital or operating room setting.

·And/or Certified scrub technician and/or two years of scrub experience,

·Knowledge of OR and Sterile Processing environments, surgical procedures and instrumentation is preferred.

·High School diploma required at minimum.

·Strong customer interfacing skills required.  Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.

·Must have basic computer skills.

·Demonstrated success in working with physicians.

·Must live within 30 minutes of our contracted hospitals.

·Ability to work flexible hours.

·Reliable transportation and the ability to be on-call.

·Must be able to successfully complete on the job training including certification and company sponsored education modules.
