Education:

       Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

·       Graduate from an accredited EEG program may be substituted.

·       Certified as Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG) through the American Board of Registration for Electrocephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET).

·       Graduated from an accredited END program preferred.

 

Experience:

·       Ten (10) years of related experience and/or training.

·       A combination of experience and education may be substituted.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

·       Ability to define problems and collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. 

·       Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

·       Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 

·       Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. 

·       Ability to think logically to solve a problem. 

·       Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word. 

·       Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely. 

·       Ability to deal with others in an antagonistic situation. 

·       Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures. 

·       Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures. 

·       Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task. 

·       Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal. 

·       Ability to look beyond the standard solutions. 

·       Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals. 

·       Ability to formulate a sound decision using the available information. 

·       Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task. 

·       Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.

·       MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel and applicant tracking
