The Role:
You will be responsible for creating, implementing and driving the recruiting delivery strategy across SpecialtyCare’s client search assignments. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and recruiting support staff — owning their performance and growth
- Build and maintain deep candidate pipelines tuned to time-to-fill and submittal-to-placement KPIs
- Design and implement sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, associations, and networking events
- Own recruitment policy, process, ATS configuration, and assessment tooling for the department
- Create a data-driven recruiting org — tracking pipeline health, conversion rates, and team effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure recruiting operations stay aligned with firm-wide goals
What we are looking for :
- Seven (7+) years or more of progressive experience in agency recruiting within healthcare.
- Three (3) years of direct management experience in a corporate setting.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, social media, and HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
