Requirements & Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 2 years of related experience in a healthcare organization or administrative role.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel as well as selected credentialing management software.
- Working knowledge of State, Federal, The Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies preferred.
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) desirable.
- Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) desirable.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the company and our customer base.
- High attention to detail.
- Superior customer services skills.
- Equivalent education and experience.
