Business Systems Analyst - HRIS/HCM

We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help support our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). In this role, you'll be a key partner between our HR, Benefits, and Information Services teams. You'll work with users to define system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support enhancements to our HR systems, particularly in the areas of HR and Benefits modules.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between HR, Benefits, and our technical teams to support and implement system improvements.
  • Work with business users to understand their needs and document functional requirements for new requests.
  • Help test system changes, develop test scripts, and validate results.
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues related to HRIS functionality, interfaces, and data.
  • Create reports and analytics to support HR and organizational decision-making.
  • Provide end-user training and support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar HR systems-focused role.
  • Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with an HRIS system and working knowledge of HR and Benefits modules.
    • Strong understanding of HR and Benefits processes and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM (core HR, Benefits Administration, or related modules) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience with other HCM systems like Oracle Cloud, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll for North America or PeopleSoft Financials.

Pay Estimate: $100,000 - $115,000 annually. (Actual compensation is determined by several factors, including specific skill sets, education level, certifications, and years of experience.)

Other Compensation: Referral bonus
