Job Summary

SpecialtyCare is expanding our Marketing team and we are seeking a Business Marketing Manager to work directly with our Neuro Services team and join our group of talented marketers in Brentwood, TN!  In this role the Business Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day business marketing initiatives in direct support of the assigned Service Line along with developing the Service Line’s strategic framework. This includes aligning a tactical marketing plan and managing the execution of funded tactics, quarterbacking key initiatives across function groups and developing, tracking and communicating KPS while managing an allocated budget.

  • Be a CEO of your business; develop a deep understanding of the business, the customers, and own the results.
  • Take existing corporate strategy and develop Service Line-specific strategy and tactical plans; align them with leadership and drive for results.
  • Create messaging that is aligned to positioning, and ensure our Value Proposition is clear and well communicated through multiple channels.
  • Become a trusted partner with our Business Development (Sales), Operations, and internal support teams.
  • Use data to help drive targeting & tactics, and use data to measure progress toward intended results.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

Education:

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.

 

Experience:

·        Seven (7) years of marketing experience.

·        Healthcare experience preferred.

·        Experience developing strategy, executing tactics, and using analytics within a marketing department.

·        Experience with message development aligned to positioning.

·        Equivalent work experience & certification, acceptable

 

Knowledge and Skills:

·        Tactical execution.

·        Analytical mindset.

·        Budget management.

·        Demonstrated understanding of strategic marketing, business and financial principals.

·        Good business acumen and proven business experience.

·        Strong communication and organizational skills.

·        Excellent writing and editing skills.

·        Ability to work with others.

·        Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

·        Ability to build relationships and consensus among all decision-makers and key influencers in a project.

·        Strong service-oriented approach in interactions with all customers, both external and internal.

·        Ability to give presentations and to speak skillfully to any group or individual.

·        Insist on the highest standards and dives deep into details.

·        Have a strong bias for action and sense of ownership.

·        Distill information to find common threads between projects, and able to juggle priorities.

·        Keep composure in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity, be able to quickly get up to speed on complex issues.

·        Anticipate employee questions/reactions and quickly prepare thorough messaging strategies.

·        Ability to work with minimal direction, make independent decisions, set priorities and preserve confidentiality in dealing with sensitive material.
