Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Current R.EEG T
• Current CLTM or eligible
• BLS certification
Experience:
• Five (5) or more years of related clinical experience
o Preference given to individuals with ICU and/or EMU experience
• Previous experience in teaching/clinical instruction in Neurodiagnostics
• Previous Neurodiagnostics administrative/management experience
Knowledge and Skills:
• Applies a systematic process to analyze and close performance gaps through training.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Demonstrated ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and performance and leverage the findings to recommend and implement change.
• Strong relationship builder with exceptional interpersonal skills that can influence perceptions, decisions and actions of others through effective communications.
• Proven self-starter who works well both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to look beyond the standard solutions.
• High energy, self-motivated individual whose style is effective in working with all levels of the organization to drive performance and continuous improvement using an analytical and metrics based approach.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to influence perceptions, decisions and actions of others through effective communications
• Ability to read and interpret business and industry related information and reports
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, associates or organization
• Ability to clearly speak, write and understand English
